Mass Media still report on vanishing passport stamps

Some 3 hours have passed since the elections to the Elders' Council
of Yerevan kicked off, but polling stations have already reported on
numerous cases of vanishing passport stamps. Thus, Mass Media reported
on such incidents in the election districts No.8 and No.12, at the
polling stations 12/15, 12/03, 11/18, 1/09, and 07/23. The head of
one of the given polling stations have already contacted the CEC for
another ink for passport stamps.
