Man wanting to hang country's flag is removed from conference hall in Turkey

YEREVAN. - An incident occurred during a conference between the
members of the Commission of Wise Men and the local media
representatives of Manisa, Turkey.
During the talk between the local media representatives and the
members of the Commission of Wise Men - which the Turkish authorities
have set up to resolve the country's Kurdish issue - , Mevlut Cirakoglu,
the owner of Manisa Gunebakis newspaper, attempted to hang a Turkish
in the conference hall, Milliyet daily of Turkey informs.
At that point, Commission of Wise Men member, renowned Turkish
historian and publicist, Baskin Oran reacted by claiming that
Cirakoglu was carrying out a provocation.
The police removed Mevlut Cirakoglu from the hall, but, outside, he
shouted in anger that there was no Turkish flag in the conference
hall, and therefore he wanted to hang one.
