It has been a long time, since they do not stop talking about the
increasing rates of emigration and its unpredictable consequences.
Opinions vary- some believe that talking about the migration of make
more intense this process, some of these conversations are associated
with the elections, noting that talks about emigration begin to
    exaggerate in the pre-election period.

In any case, while the various political figures voice different
opinions in regard to this problem, emigration continues and still
grows. Lurer.com talked about this with political technologist Karen
Kocharyan, in order to find out, whether there is really such a
hopeless situation, hundreds of thousands of people really emigrate
from Armania, and what measures should be taken to prevent this
    phenomenon.

"There is emigration. It does not matter, one person leaves the
country or hundreds, emigration has actually become a big problem for
    Armenia.

For a country like Armenia, which has the task of national security at
the demographics, the emigration of even one person is a serious
problem, and it is necessary to prevent this phenomenon earlier. I am
not interested in the number of migrating, I'm interested in even one
    person's migration," Karen Kocharyan said.

And asked how we can prevent the increasing pace of emigration,
political technologist said: "let them think about it responsibly.
There are people who are paid for it."

P.S. To get a clearer picture of migration, present you the official
data of the National Statistical Service of RA in "Socio-economic
situation in Armenia in January-March 2013" report, according to which
259,210 left and 223,710 returned to Armenia.
