The fate of the government's program is in question. If tomorrow,
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan once again comes to Parliament, that
is, he did not put end to his life, then, it means that a miracle
happened, it was possible to make a superhuman effort and swallow an
    insult to his address.

    Here's how all that began.

On the day of presentation of the government's program for 2013- 2017,
Prime Minister was asked questions. The deputies were asking
questions, of course, because according to their brains and abilities.
Thus, the more valuable were the MPs' questions, who understood
something in this case. Hrant Bagratyan, Artsvik Minasyan, Gurgen
Arsenyan, Michael Melkumian, Aghvan Vardanyan, Vahan Hovhannisyan ...
many asked several questions. There were also, of course, questions,
comments with offensive emphasis. For example, Hrant Bagratyan
immediately said to Tigran Sargsyan that he was surprised at the
poverty of analytical skills of drafters of this program, in response
to which Prime Minister, very quietly, said that they were willing to
enrich the analytical skills with Hrant Bagratyan's help.

Zaruhi Postanjyan also in her style asked the Prime Minister: "Why did
you come again...to cheat...?" But it was a series of "flowers." The
climax was to come later. RPA MP Naira Karapetyan also decided to ask
a question. More precisely, she did not decide herself, but it was
decided to ask such a question, to voice it...

The deputy, with a straight face of lawmaker joined a queue and with a
very serious tone began to utter the given lesson (question concerned
the construction of a new nuclear power station), then in the same
position of examiner started listening to Premier's report, then,
turned on the microphone for an answer, aaid, "I would advise you...
    ".

The fact that the former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan can give the
incumbent Prime Minister advice, it is clear, moreover, even
desirable, such advice should be sought. But the fact that Hovik
Abrahamyan, Minasyan, Michael Melkumian can give the Prime Minister
advice... But tha fact that Tigran Sargsyan went so far, that already
Naira Karapetyan, who still stands only a short skirt and meddling,
even without having a clue, or at least a clue about the issues being
discussed and at the mention of whose name the colleagues are barely
holding their smile, gives him advice...
