ARF-D group member astonished by `circus shows' in Armenian parliament

Vahan Hovhannisyan, an MP from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation
Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), is astonished by the `circus shows' by
representatives of Armenia's government and of the parliamentary
majority.
`However, I am for progress, and progress is obvious,' Hovhannisyan
stated in Armenia's parliament on Wednesday.
He hopes that the ruling force has made some progress as well and has
come to realize Armenia's critical situation.
Hovhannisyan did not inform the parliament of how the ARD-F group
plans to vote on the government program.
