Expert: no breakthrough in Karabakh settlement after OSCE MG visits
May 22, 2013 - 11:47 AMT
PanARMENIAN.Net - Current regional visits of the OSCE Minsk Group
haven't yielded any results; the conflict will remain at a standstill,
unless the Nagorno Karabakh Republic becomes involved in the
settlement negotiations, a political analyst said.
In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Alexander Tsinker
didn't rule out a possible meeting between the presidents of Armenia
and Azerbaijan. `There's no alternative to peace talks,' the expert
said. `It's either negotiations or a war,' he concluded.
