Armenia returns Iranian meat and bone meal

Customs officials at the Agarak border checkpoint (Syunik region) have
returned 2,040 kilograms of Iranian meat and bone meal after they
found out that the necessary accompanying documents were missing.
After an examination, sampling and laboratory testing, the product was
declared dangerous for use, reports the State Food Security Service.
The results of the 2013 food inspections are not yet available on the
Service's website.
The inspections in 2012 revealed 14 violations, leading the customs
authorities to ban the products' import.
