Another person, Argam Poghosyan, 4, who was injured as a result
Tuesday's major traffic accident on Armenia's Tashir-Yerevan Highway,
died on Thursday (photos).
Earlier, Hakob Hovsepyan, 72, and Arman Poghosyan, 8, died in hospital.
To note, a major accident occurred Tuesday in Lori Region. An Opel
Astra and an Opel Vectra crashed on Tashir-Yerevan Highway at around
6:15pm. As a result, Opel Astra's passenger Slavik Sukiasyan, 54,
died on the spot, whereas its driver and the eight passengers of
Opel Vectra were hospitalized. Opel Astra's driver, Norik Davoyan,
54, died in hospital on Wednesday.
According to the statement which the Ministry of Emergency Situations
issued, most of the injured are transferred to capital city Yerevan.
Nargiz Hovsepyan, who is pregnant and-according to the doctors-is in
critical condition-, was brought to Yerevan's Surb Grigor Lusavorich
Medical Center on Wednesday morning.
