Azerbaijani and Armenian intellectuals have been invited to a meeting
on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict The special envoy for international
cultural cooperation of the Russian President, Mikhail Shvydkoi said
today at the 3rd Baku International Humanitarian Forum that Azerbaijani
and Armenian intellectuals have been invited to a meeting, which will
anticipate talks between the two countries over the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict.
"We will consult with the Azerbaijani side, with the Foreign Ministry
of Azerbaijan. We have previously discussed the possibility of holding
a meeting of intellectuals before the meeting of the presidents
