ARMENIAN POTENTIAL VS. AZERBAIJANI MILLIONS

Often there are concerns and speculations that Armenia lags behind
Azerbaijan in the information warfare, and that primary reason for
this is the adversary's putting large amounts of money into use.
But everything is not so simple. This is proved by the data on the
success achieved as a result of the adversary's actions and the
given reaction.
Azerbaijan's "generosity" and the activities by its hired American
organizations do create a quite difficult and stressful situation.
Nonetheless, the Armenian Embassy in the United States, together
with several active American-Armenian organizations, responds to such
activities very effectively.
As a result, there are numerous examples of failed Azerbaijani attempts
and appropriate responses to these attempts.
And when reading the leading US press articles about Azerbaijan,
a conviction comes into view that the money factor is secondary in
this propaganda war.
