LIBERTY SQUARE INCIDENT - AN ATTEMPT TO CHANGE SOMETHING - ASHOT MANUCHARYAN
13:20 / 08.11.2013
What happened in Liberty Square was a call to change the situation in
the country, former member of Karabakh Committee Ashot Manucharyan
told the reporters on Friday. "What happened was a serious warning
to the people and the authorities," he said.
He said any step addressed toward taking the country out of the
situation is good. Of course, it is not excluded that Shant Harutyunyan
was made to do this step.
"The important thing here is that people are trying to change anything
here. The same was the action against raise of transport fare. No
one can principally claim that Shant was incited to do it but I do
not want to make such remarks as he had his causes to make a coup,"
Manucharyan said.
