President Sahakyan visited the village of Norshen in the Martouni region

On 9 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the
village of Norshen in the Martouni region and partook in solemn
ceremonies of dedicating the reconstructed St. John the Baptist
church, opening the village club and public house of celebrations.
President Sahakyan considered important the existence of such
spiritual and cultural structures in rural areas calling them
necessary components for natural development.
The Head of the State expressed gratitude to philanthropists who had
supported the realization of those projects noting that such mission
was demanded and should be of a continuous nature.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church
Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, National Assembly speaker Ashot
Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan, other officials partook in the
event.
