Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said during governmental
hour in parliament that the authorities were planning to improve the
quality of education by closing down small higher education centers
that lack the necessary resources to meet education standards, News

The government plans to expand existing universities. The PM assured
that not a single student will feel uncomfortable within the process.
