    Azerbaijan targets Armenian civil cars

    17:10, 16 November, 2013

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS: The Azerbaijani Armed Forces again
violated the ceasefire regime on November 16 at
12:30-14:00 period and opened an intensive fire in the direction of
the Tavush Province, especially on the civil cars driving to the
Vazashen Village. Armenpress reports that the Spokesperson of the
Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artsrun
Hovhannisyan wrote about it in his Facebook profile.

`Fortunately, there are no wounded or killed in the result of the
shooting', - noted Hovhannisyan, adding that the Armenian Armed
Forces, implementing the order of the Minister of Defense of Armenia
    Seyran Ohanyan, keep silence.

`The Azerbaijani side does not preserve the ceasefire regime and
ignore all the appeals for peace, in the result of which the entire
responsibility will be imposed to them', - concluded the Spokesperson
of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia
    Artsrun Hovhannisyan.

The Azerbaijani Armed Forces on October 30 again opened fire in the
sector of Voskepar-Baghanis. This time the shots by the
Azerbaijani side were released by small caliber weapons. There are no
    victims and injured.

The Azerbaijani troops opened fire on October 12 at the peaceful
population of Inner Karmiraghbyur in Tavush Province, who were working
in the fields. The resident of Navur village Hayk Kosakyan was wounded
in his chest because of the fire towards the vehicle.
