YEREVAN. - The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have violated the ceasefire
agreement, on Saturday from around 12:30pm to 2pm, and opened intense
fire in the direction of Armenia's Tavush Region.
The Defense Minister's press secretary Artsrun Hovhannisyan told the
above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In Hovhannisyan's words, specifically, the Azerbaijanis fired at the
civilian vehicles traveling along the road toward Vazashen village,
and they also targeted several other sections.
Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries.
But adhering to Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan's command, the
Armenian Armed Forces did not return fire.
`The Azerbaijani side does not maintain the ceasefire and disregards
all calls for peace yet again. As a result, the full responsibility
for the incident will fall upon them,' Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated.
