As is known, yesterday the National Assembly voted 103 to 3 for
Gevorg Kostanyan's nomination. Although two parliamentary groups,
the ANC and Heritage, announced to vote against his nomination, only
3 against votes were registered. The voting was followed by a heated
discussion on which 3 of the 8 members of parliament voted against
the nomination. Nikol Pashinyan had taken a picture of his ballot
which he posted on the internet and left a message: "I predicted such
developments so I took a photo of my ballot. In fact, I was right."
