AZERBAIJAN VIOLATES CEASEFIRE MORE THAN 1,000 TIMES IN SEPTEMBER

YEREVAN. - Azerbaijan breached the truce with Armenia and the
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic over 1,000 times in September 2013.
Armenian Defense Minister's Press Secretary Artsrun Hovhanisyan told
the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
As a result of the ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan, the Armenian
side was compelled to open response fire 210 times, the Armenian
MOD reports.
Ten percent of the truce violation by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
was carried out by snipers, who made use of average-caliber weaponry.
At the same time, the Azerbaijani side used large-caliber sniper
weapons about 35 times.
The Armenian side, on the other hand, made use of such weaponry close
to 15 times.
