WORLD'S LARGEST YOUTH ORGANIZATION INCLUDES CLAUSE ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT IN FORUM'S RESOLUTION

The clause called to end the illegal occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh
and seven surrounding regions of Azerbaijan by Armenia
Baku - APA. The largest youth organization of the world - YEPP (the
Youth of the European People's Party) Council of Presidents was held
in Bucharest, Romania on the 5th October 2013.
As a result of lobbying work by The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS),
a clause on the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh was
included in a Resolution "The Upcoming Eastern Partnership Summit",
adopted during the forum.
TEAS told APA that the clause called for the implementation of the
4 UN Security Council adopted resolutions (822, 853, 874 and 884)
and to end the illegal occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh and seven
surrounding regions of Azerbaijan by Armenia.
For information we note that the Bucharest Summit was held in the
context of the EU's upcoming Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius
on the 28-29 November 2013.
