FRENCH SPECIALIST STUDIED YEREVAN'S HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL MONUMENTS

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 8, ARMENPRESS: In the framework of the cooperation
between the Yerevan Municipality and the Īle-de-France regional
council, at the Yerevan State University of Architecture and
Construction the specialist of the French Urban Institute Adeline
Mahki presented her study on the preservation of the historical and
cultural monuments and heritage of Yerevan. As Armenpress was reported
by the Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Yerevan
Municipality, during the meeting different proposals on the settlement
of the problems in the field were discussed.
The presentation was followed by the discussions of the abovementioned
issues.
Adeline Mahki stated that Yerevan has got a peculiar and quite a rich
historical heritage that should be presented to the international
community.
