DIPLOMAT: AZERBAIJAN IS A COUNTRY WITH PROSPERING RACISM AND XENOPHOBIA

UN Security Council urges Azerbaijan to stop breaching the ceasefire
regime achieved in 1994 at the request of the Azerbaijani authorities,
said Vahram Kajoyan, Armenia's representative at the 68th Session
of the UN Security Council. He recalled that Azerbaijan is breaching
the ceasefire nearly every day.
"Azerbaijan is the only country to boast of its military budget at
the same time threatening Armenia and speaking of peaceful resolution
of the Karabakh conflict.
This means that the Azerbaijani authorities are waging a twin policy,"
he said. If the Azerbaijani authorities really advocate for return of
refugees, they ought to accept the current format of the OSCE Minsk
Group and its demands.
"Considering all the official statements of the Azerbaijani
authorities, one can state that we deal with a country with prospering
racism and xenophobia," Kajoyan said.
