'Haykakan Zhamanak' says that yesterday the faculty of the State
Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA) held a meeting to insist on
an explanation from rector Ara Avetisian: their salaries were cut in
September on the rector's instructions.
"The meeting participants hurled insults at each other, with most
insults being rained on the rector. He was even shown door and told
that he is not up to the job. The lecturers are going to continue
their struggle," the daily writes.
