Who much caviar and to which European have the Azerbaijani MPs feed?

`The problem is how the theatre which was called elections was
organized during this theatric show', this is the attitude of
`Heritage' party MP Tevan Poghosyan regarding the presidential
elections held in Azerbaijan. He believes that this gives rise to
various assessments by the European observers. To the note that the
CIS and PACE observers assessed the elections held in Azerbaijan
positive, as a result Ilham Aliyev collected 85 percent, while the
OSCE\ODIHR observers expressed exactly the opposite opinion. With
regard to observers' contradictory assessments, our interlocutor also
said, `It depends in what structure with what mechanisms, through what
caviar diplomacy and whom the Azerbaijani delegation could engage in
those groups, as a result of which they received these assessments. To
try to connect it with reality and draw conclusions from it, probably,
would be the wrong approach. We just need to perceive that the
Constitution was amended, so that Aliyev could be elected for the
third term. We should have predicted then as to where it will take us.
We also need to keep in mind that every structure has its own little
political issues with Azerbaijan, which resulted in getting these
assessments. I do not think that we need to treat them seriously, even
stemming from the mechanisms the so-called elections held in Armenia,
taking into consideration that as in our country we can receive
various assessments due to different political issues, like in
Azerbaijan.' To remind that the EU leadership, particularly High
Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the
European Union Catherine Ashton and EU Commissioner for Enlargement
and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Füle accepted the OSCE\ODIHR
conclusions as a basis, because the latter have conducted a long-term
observations mission in our neighboring country. The fact that the RA
President recently announced that it will be good for Armenia if
Aliyev is elected, Tevan Poghosyan considers it not only the desire of
the RA President, but of the world because he had not seen any
expression of other wishes in the international structures. `It seemed
there was a consensus, and everyone wanted Aliyev to be elected.' With
regard to other than this issue, our interlocutor pointed out that
there is information that Minsk Group has started to intensify its
activities by creating opportunities for the meeting of the two
countries' presidents. `The fact that the two presidents know each
other, to what extent this meeting will be helpful, or what role it
will play in conflict resolution, whether everything will remain in
status quo, will become apparent later.'
