October 16, 2013 | 17:13
TSAKHKADZOR. - Head of Russia's Federal Security Service has no
information confirming permanent accusations of Azerbaijan of using
the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh as a transit corridor for drug
trafficking from Afghanistan or for trainings of terrorists.
"I have no information about such channels. I cannot say anything at
the moment," Alexander Bortnikov after Armenia-hosted the council of
heads of the security agencies and secret services of the CIS member
states (photos).
In his turn, director of National Security Council Gorik Hakobyan
said these are insinuations. He stressed that not a single party or
structure, except for Azerbaijan, made such assertions.
"The dogs bark, but the caravan goes on," he said.
