CHORRORD ISHKHANUTYUN: GOVERNMENT TO CONTROL GRANTS

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan gave new instructions to his
subordinates in order to demonstrate GDP growth, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun
reports.
"According to our information, he mentioned the necessity of adopting
a law on introduction of tax on grants, gave instructions to study the
legislative field and clarify the reasons. It means that the Armenian
PM takes the path of Russia and Azerbaijan, that is, henceforth the
government will control grants entering the country and tax them,"
the paper says.
