LATVIAN PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION VISITS ARMENIAN GENOCIDE MEMORIAL

YEREVAN. - Latvia Saeima (Parliament) Deputy Speakers Andrejs
Klementjevs and Inese LÄ"biÅ~Fa-Egnere, and MP Dana Reizniece-Ozola
on Thursday paid a visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial in capital
city Yerevan.
The Latvian MPs were accompanied by Armenian National Assembly Deputy
Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov, who is also Head of the Armenia-Latvia
Friendship Group.
The guests laid a wreath and placed flowers to the monument to the
genocide victims.
The delegation members also toured the Armenian Genocide
Museum-Institute and signed its honorary guestbook.
