SPORTS COMMENTATORS IN AZERBAIJAN ARE AFRAID OF ARTICULATING MKHITARYAN'S SURNAME

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 25, ARMENPRESS. Sports commentators in Azerbaijan
because of the state level of hatred towards Armenians, avoid
articulating the surname of the footballer Henrikh Mkhitaryan of
"Borussia "(Dortmund) team of Germany being afraid that they will lose
their job. "Arsenal"-"Borussia" meeting of UEFA's Champions League
due to the goals shot by Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Robert Lewandowski
was over by the victory of German team with the score 2:1.
Armenpress reports that the TV channel "Azerbaijan TV" also provided
the live broadcast of the match. But the Azerbaijani commentators
acted like racists. At the time of the goal scored by the Armenian
footballer in the 16 minute of the match, the Azerbaijani commentators
avoided pointing out Mkhitaryan'ssurname and kept silence.
