Hraparak: Gyumri mayor's bodyguards beat up electrician?

The incident that happened during the Gyumri City Day celebrations on
October 13 had an unpleasant continuation. For technical reasons, a
power outage occurred while Gyumri mayor Samvel Balasanyan was
delivering his speech and his bodyguards beat up the electrician who
was on duty at that time. Balasanyan's spokesman, however, denied
this.
According to Hraparak's sources close to Gyumri municipality, the
bodyguards attacked Harut, who is working as an electrician at the
Drama Theater, and beat him up. The mayor was not satisfied with the
punishment and wrote to the Culture Minister asking to sack the
electrician.
