Yerevan Mayor attends opening of renovated Andranik Margaryan senior school in Yerevan (photos)
The completely renovated Andranik Margaryan senior school No. 29 in
Yerevan, intended for about 450 students, opened doors to students
and teachers today, September 2.
The school's opening ceremony was attended by Yerevan Mayor,
Ministers of Education and Urban Development, NA Deputy Speaker and
other officials.
A bust of late Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan was
unveiled in the school yard. The bust was built with the assistance
of philanthropists, Honored Doctors Karlen and Sara Yesayan. The
unveiling was carried out by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and bust's
author and sculptor Albert Sokhikyan.
