FINANCE MINISTRY DISTRIBUTES CREDITS AMONG 'NEAREST AND DEAREST'
'Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun' writes citing its sources that Europe
allocated quite large sums to the Armenian government for development
of Armenia's IT sector.
According to the paper, those grants and credits shall be given to
various companies based on results of tenders. In other words, sums
should be given to those IT companies, which have participated in a
tender and won it.
"Yet the Finance Ministry of Armenia distributes these sums to its
'own' companies. The tenders are formal as it is already known in
advance who will become the 'winner'. The paper was informed that the
leading IT companies are concerned about this fact and they plan to
take measures in the near future," the paper says.
