'Hraparak' paper writes, citing its sources in political circles
that serious changes are expected in the three-tier court system of
Armenia in the near future. According to the paper, no one knows yet
what kind of changes will be implemented, whether the matter concerns
the upcoming constitutional reforms or the expected optimization of
investigatory bodies, and who deals with the problem.
"The possible resignation of Chairman of Armenia's Cassation Court
Arman Mkrtumian is viewed in this context," 'Hraparak' notes.
