THE NEW PM IS READY FOR CONCESSIONS, ALEXANDER ARZUMANYAN THINKS

Yerevan /Mediamax/. MP Alexander Arzumanyan said today that "nothing
will change by the change of a person if there is no package of
comprehensive changes".
Alexander Arzumanyan said this commenting on Hovik Abrahamyan's
appointment as the Prime Minister of Armenia, Mediamax reports.
"It's not the person of the Prime Minister that matters but the full
change of the system and overcoming the crisis is the case. Let's
see what staff the new government will have and what program it will
suggest. We can give assessments only after that", said Arzumanyan.
Touching upon the Accumulative Pension Law, Alexander Arzumanyan said
that there are issues here which need to be addressed.
"Hovik Abrahamyan is a person ready for concessions. As for the
Constitutional Court's decision, it was a tremendous treatise and it
was hard to understand its main message", said Alexander Arzumanyan.
