`New facts about the so-called offshore scandal came to light,
according to `Zhoghovurd' paper. `It is not ruled out that the case
will have an unexpected continuation. To all appearance, the Cyprian
side confirmed that the documents bear former Armenian Prime Minister
Tigran Sargsyan's signature. If it is officially proven, the
diplomatic career of Tigran Sargsyan will come under threat and
criminal proceedings may start,' the paper notes.
