ARMENIA'S DOMESTIC POLICY THEATRICAL SHOW " HARUTYUN SEROBYAN

Armenia's domestic policy resembles a theatrical show, with the
same actors playing different roles â?" the ones of opposition and
authorities, management expert Harutyun Serobyan told reporters
on Tuesday.
However, the worst thing is that the performance of devoid of honesty,
he added.
"If you listen to present-day politicians' statements, you can
make sure you have heard them on numerous occasions. Now you can
hear catchwords, such as 'non-coalition force'. As a result we can
see three, four or even five opponents facing one another across
the chessboard instead of the natural two of former times. In such
circumstances, Armenia has no future. The problem is that an oligarchic
state system has been formed in Armenia, which is considered backward
in the entire world. In this case, expecting any progress has no
sense," Serobyan said.
As to what forces have to appear on the stage for something to change
in Armenia, he noted that time should not be wasted on speaking of
political restructuring, which does not change anything. Armenia
needs system reforms.
"Certain political forces are amorphous. There is not a single healthy
force," Serobyan said.
Any government is doomed to failure because it will not be able to
make changes in either domestic or foreign policy of Armenia.
"The moment when ministers can hardly be found in Armenia we can say
Armenia is on the rise," Serobyan said.
