ZHOGHOVURD: ARMENIA'S AUTHORITIES FAIL TO ADEQUATELY RESPOND TO INHUMAN TREATMENT TO KAREN PETROSYAN

Armenia's authorities have not so far adequately responded to the
inhuman treatment Armenian citizen Karen Petrosyan suffered in
Azerbaijan.
The Armenian side has all the evidence, including videos, that Karen
Petrosyan was a civilian who lost his way and found himself in an
Azerbaijani village. Azerbaijanis took him hostage, clothed him in
a uniform, gave degrading treatment to him and finally killed him.
Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs must spare no effort to raise
the issue at international organizations and demand condemnation of
Azerbaijan. However, it remains utterly silent on the matter.
This style by Armenia's FM Edward Nalbandian and the structure in
his charge is a long-standing tradition, the newspaper writes.
