We are not on Baku market and we are not trading: Armenian DM's
spokesman responds to Azerbaijani Deputy PM's statement

Hovhannisyan responded to Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Ali
Hasanov's statement on exchange of captives noting that ''we are not
on the Baku market and we are not trading''.
"We strongly adhere to humanitarian principles and do not advance or
accept preconditions. Merely respecting Red Cross Society's efforts to
this end, we periodically turn to the latter's assistance to organize
the return of Armenian and NKR citizens. The statement made by the
Azerbaijani official is vulgar misinformation", noted Artsrun
Hovhannisyan on his Facebook page.
Azerbaijani media report that Ali Hasanov stated that the Azerbaijani
side offered the Armenian Defense Ministry to exchange an Armenian
family of 5 members and the body of the Armenian captive (Karen
Petrosyan's body- edit.) for the captives Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam
Askerov as well as the body of the killed Hasan Hasanov.
Mediamax recalls that the above mentioned persons are Azerbaijani
subversives. They were disarmed and arrested in Karvachar on July 10.
Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan noted on this occasion that
they can not be considered as prisoners of war as they are criminals
and should be convicted under the NKR and international law.
