YEREVAN. ` Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Saturday received a
delegation led by Lithuanian Seimas (Parliament) member and Seimas'
    Lithuania-Artsakh (i.e., Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR)) friendship
group head, Dalia KuodytÄ - .

The President stated that Armenian-Lithuanian relations are developing
dynamically, informed the Press Office of the President. Both sides
stressed the importance of interparliamentary relations in terms of
    continued strengthening of Armenian-Lithuanian ties.

Sargsyan also thanked the Lithuanian MPs who, aside from setting up a
Lithuania-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group, have also
established a Lithuania-Artsakh friendship group which, as per the
President, is extremely important. In his words, this fact also
bespeaks the Lithuanian people's commitment to democratic values.

In turn, KuodytÄ - stressed that it is important for the Lithuanian body
politic to know the whole truth about Nagorno-Karabakh and the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and therefore the setting up of the
aforesaid friendship group and the visits to NKR are aimed at this
objective, and also to assist the dialogue between the parties to the
    conflict.

At the request of guests, Serzh Sargsyan also presented Armenia's
foreign policy priorities and the country's positions on several
    matters.

In addition, the interlocutors exchanged views on regional and current
    international issues.
