DRIVERS OF "MIKSHIN" SUBJECTED TO ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY BY MINISTRY OF NATURE PROTECTION

The drivers of "Mikshin" were subjected to administrative liability by
the Ministry of Nature Protection. In regard to this the Information
and Public Relations Department of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection
informs, "On November 27, 2014, a video was shared on websites which
informed about the case on dumping construction wastes illegally in
the area of so called "Koreayi Dzor" in Arabkir administrative region.

The employers of Ecodiversity, land, wastes and hazardous substances
management Division of State Environmental Inspectorate and Yerevan
territorial department were given clarifications by "Mikshin" company
that the driver hadn't been given any assignment to dump the wastes in
a not allowed place. The drivers of the two cars fixed in the video
were subjected to administrative liability by State Environmental
Inspectorate of the RA MNP.
