SRAEL'S PRESIDENT REVERSES STAND ON RECOGNITION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a session of the OSCE
council of foreign ministers that Russia, U.S. and France will continue
mediation in the Nagorno-Karabakh process of Azerbaijan and Armenia,
TASS reports.
The Russian minister emphasized the problem of prisoners.
He reminded that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed at
a summit with the Russian leader in Astrakhan in 2010 to create a
mechanism for exchange of prisoners and bodies of people killed on
the contact line.
