MARKET.RF ONLINE HYPERMARKET TO EXPAND ACTIVITIES IN RUSSIAN PROVINCES
YEREVAN, December 9. /ARKA/. Market.rf online hypermarket is planning
to expand its activities in the Russian regions, executive director
of Market.rf Yerevan office David Arakelyan told reporters on Monday.
He said office management is carried out by 90% from Yerevan.
Marjet.rf provides outsourcing in Armenia, including marketing,
content downloading, call-center operations, and etc.
"We are currently providing services to the Russian market and are
focused on Moscow accounting for over 50% of the Russian online
shopping, but we plan to expand into other regions", Arakelyan said.
He also said over 700,000 goods available in the hypermarket can
be bought from Armenia and other countries as well, but additional
transportation costs will incur.
Market.rf was founded in Russia by Russian businessmen of Armenian
origin in 2011. It came to the Armenia market in 2013 and transferred
part of its offices and call centers to Armenia having in mind the
up-to-standard research potential, skilled technical specialists with
knowledge of Russian and the required legal framework in intellectual
property and other advantages available in Armenia. The company
has currently part of its technical business functions in Armenia,
including system coding and testing, marketing, ads, quality assurance
