As 'Protection of Rights without Borders' NGO thinks, the draft law
"On Non-Governmental Organizations" contradicts to the requirements
of the Civil Code.
Reminder: The Justice Ministry has submitted this draft law, which
is expected to be adopted by the end of the year. 'Protection of
Rights without Borders' NGO expressed its idea on the draft law,
'...we think that the draft law 'On Non-Governmental organizations'
contradicts not only to the legal persons, but also to the commercial
organizations and is an intervention to the freedom prescribed by
the European Convention on the Protection of the Human Rights.'
