LIFTTEKHNIK PLEDGES $4.5 MILLION WORTH INVESTMENTS
YEREVAN, December 18th. / ARKA /. The Armenian government on Thursday
has allowed Lifttekhnik company to operate in Armenia's free economic
zone Alliance, located in the territory of Mars factory. Economy
minister Karen Chshmarityan said the company has pledged to make $4.5
million worth investments.
He said the company, engaged in the design of passenger elevators
and production of electronic control systems, will occupy an area of
350 square meters. The minister said also the company will sell its
products to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Spain.
In 12 months the exports are supposed to reach $2.5 million and grow
to $12.5 million in five years, according to Chshmarityan. The company
will create 35 new jobs, he said.-0-
