"We shall try to finish the renovation in 2-3 months in order to
able to give concerts dedicated to 100th anniversary of the Armenian
Genocide," she said.
Eduard Topchyan, the art director and chief conductor of the Armenian
State Philharmonic Orchestra, added in his turn that the orchestra
is united.
"Musicians do not rest even on Sundays. Our credo is "to play better
every day" and I think that we succeed in it," he said.
Mr Topchyan regrets to say that some people make use of commemoration
ceremonies dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide
to improve their reputation.
"I feel sorry for them. We do not face such a problem. Our tours are
already planned," he said.
