Bardukh Gabrielyan of the Scientific Center of Zoology and
Hydroecology, Academy of Sciences of Armenia, believes that Armenia's
accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) will increase demand
for fish.
"But I hope it will not be at the expense of protected fish in Lake
Sevan. European countries have reduced fish exports to Russia, and the
amount needs to be compensated due to other partners," he told
Tert.am.
