ACNIS ISSUES POLICY BRIEF
`ARMENIA 2014: THE YEAR IN REVIEW'
Yerevan--The Armenian Center for National and International Studies
(ACNIS) has released its annual publication entitled `Armenia 2014:The
Year in Review." Prepared through a joint initiative of researchers
and experts, this year-end summary presents the two-decade track
record of the Center, features an interview with its founder Raffi K.
Hovannisian, and conveys a chronology of the major foreign and
domestic developments in and around Armenia.
What civilizational path will the Republic choose in the future; what
are Armenians looking for abroad; the luxury and misery of Yerevan's
"hot" autumn; what was the real story behind the conflagration on the
front lines at the beginning of August; the vague prospects of
European integration; and the Armenian Genocide and Great National
Dispossession on the eve of its 100th anniversary are among the many
issues raised and addressed to policymakers, analysts, politicians,
non-governmental organizations, media, and the public at large.
The brief can be accessed at www.acnis.am.
