PEOPLE'S GUARDS IN NOYAKERT DETAIN TURKISH CITIZEN WHO PRIED INFORMATION ABOUT VILLAGERS

On Dec 23 people's guards in Noyakert detained a Turkish citizen who
was prying information about the villagers.
The press service of the Border Department of Russia's Federal Security
Service in Armenia reports that once the villagers detained the man,
they informed the Russian border guards about him.
The latter found out that the Turk arrived in Armenia on a legal
basis earlier in the day.
The man explained that he was searching for his relatives.
Now relevant authorities are investing the case.
