Units of Armenia's National Security Service (NSS) arrested Lori
Provincial Court Judge Khachadour Khachadouryan when he was pocketing
a US$20,000 bribe from a litigant in a civil case.
The NSS claims that Khachadouryan demanded the cash in return for a
favorable court verdict.
