February 03, 2014 | 11:53
There is no place in the world that the United States are retreating,
Secretary of State John Kerry said.
"I can't think of a place in the world that we are retreating,
not one. And I believe we are engaged in a profoundly proactive and
visionary way to try to give life to this partnership in ways that
make a difference," he said at the Munich Security Conference.
John Kerry touched upon the Karabakh conflict and the Cyprus dispute.
"We're working on Cyprus quietly. You're not hearing about it. We're
working on Nagorno-Karabakh, the Caucasus," he added.
