Zhoghovurd: Accumulative pension system to be introduced in Artsakh as well

The compulsory accumulative pension system will be introduced in
Artsakh, too, Zhoghovurd writes. The issue will be discussed in NKR
parliament next week but it is not on the main agenda yet.
The new pension system is expected to be introduced in 2015. According
to deputy chairwoman of the Standing Committee on Labor and Social
Affairs of NKR parliament Arevik Petrosyan, if a wave of popular
discontent with the new system starts rising, the authorities will not
act against the will of the people.
