WE'LL BE CONSISTENT IN RESTORING FULL NEGOTIATION FORMAT, NKR PRESIDENT SAYS

Sahakyan said that the NKR will be consistent in restoring full
negotiation format.
At a meeting held in the NKR Foreign Ministry, Bako Sahakyan noted that
the Karabakh side will go on voicing the argument in the interested
structures that comprehensive settlement of Azerbaijan-Karabakh
conflict will be impossible at all the negotiation rounds without
full participation of official Stepanakert, Mediamax reports.
According to Bako Sahakyan, Baku's destructive policy is the biggest
hindrance to the settlement which poses a threat to maintaining peace
and stability in the region.
The NKR President noted that the process of international recognition
of Republic of Artsakh is moving forward and indicates that it's an
established democratic state.
