PRESIDENT OPENS FIRST PAN-ARMENIAN WINTER GAMES IN TSAKHKADZOR
YEREVAN, February 25. /ARKA/. Armenia's president Serzh Sargsyan
attended the opening ceremony for the first Pan-Armenian winter games
in Tsakhkadzor Monday.
The president welcomed participants and guests and said Pan-Armenian
games have expanded in terms of locations and number of participants
over 15 years of their existence.
Sargsyan thanked initiators and everyone involved in the holding of
the games, the presidential press office reported.
Pan-Armenian games are very important as they strengthen ties between
Armenia and the Diaspora, Sargsyan said.
The president wished sportsmen fair competition and success in the
